Terms of Service
These terms govern use of vrenxol.com and our short-term rental management services under the Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce".
1. Service scope
We manage short-term rentals: listing, guest communication, pricing, housekeeping and reporting. Each engagement is defined in a written mandate. We act as agent, not owner or landlord.
2. Fees and duration
Fees, commission, payment dates and term are stated in the mandate before contracting. Extra costs (cleaning, repairs, platform charges) are disclosed in advance. Prices are in UAH unless stated otherwise.
3. Owner approvals
The owner authorises spending limits, rate floors, repairs and contract terms in writing. We do not incur material costs or sign binding commitments without prior written approval.
4. Consumer rights and complaints
Consumers get clear information on scope, price, duration and cancellation before contracting (Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII "On Consumer Protection"). Complaints: operations@vrenxol.com; we reply within 30 days. Unresolved disputes may go to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
5. Cancellation and liability
Cancellation, notice and refunds follow the mandate and booking terms shown before purchase; statutory rights are unaffected. We are liable for our own fault within the mandate and law, not for guest conduct, force majeure or platform failures.
6. Data and cookies
We process personal data under Law of Ukraine No. 3993-IX "On Personal Data Protection". Non-essential cookies need prior consent under that law and Law of Ukraine No. 2725-VIII "On Electronic Communications".
7. Advertising and language
Claims are accurate and substantiated under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR "On Advertising". Information is available in Ukrainian under Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII "On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language"; English is additional.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Ukrainian law; courts of Ukraine have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rules.
